Alabama White Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a bowl.

  4. 4Add a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. 5Add a heaping tablespoon of extra hot horseradish.
  6. 6Add the juice of one lemon.
  7. 7Season it with garlic powder, a touch of cayenne, and a heavy dose of black pepper.
  8. 8Grab a whisk and mix it all together until it's smooth and creamy, like ranch dressing.
  9. 9Cover and store it in the fridge to let the flavors meld while you smoke some chicken.
  10. 10Smoke chicken thighs or any kind of yard bird until the skin is nice and crispy.
  11. 11Serve the Alabama White Sauce on the side, drizzle it on, or dunk your chicken right in.
