Directions

  1. 1Start by browning some meat
  2. 2Then spray a foil-lined sheet pan and add street-sized corn tortillas
  3. 3Add your meat, then add some Mexican shredded cheese
  4. 4Bake in a 425° oven for 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt
  5. 5Once melted, fold your tortillas in half
  6. 6Spray with oil and return to the oven for 12 more minutes until crispy
  7. 7Serve with a side of salsa and sour cream

  • 1 meat
  • 12 street-sized corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
  • 1 oil
  • 1 serving salsa
  • 1 serving sour cream
