Crispy Mini Tacos
Directions
- 1Start by browning some meat
- 2Then spray a foil-lined sheet pan and add street-sized corn tortillas
- 3Add your meat, then add some Mexican shredded cheese
- 4Bake in a 425° oven for 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt
- 5Once melted, fold your tortillas in half
- 6Spray with oil and return to the oven for 12 more minutes until crispy
- 7Serve with a side of salsa and sour cream
