Directions
- 1Boil 10 jalapeños, 10 serranos, half a white onion and 3 garlic cloves in simmering water.
- 2Add to blender with a bit of the chile water and blend.
- 3Boil 10 tomatillos, 5 chile de árbol, a couple of slices of onion and 2 more garlic cloves.
- 4Add to a blender some of the phase one base, a whole head of cilantro, and once the ingredients are ready, add to the blender and salt to taste; blend well.
- 5Add 2 avocados and the juice of a few limes to the blender; adjust for salt if needed; blend, puree, and enjoy.
- 6Add some crema and blend to increase the creamy, silky, smooth consistency.
