  4. 4Bread the chicken in the order of flour, egg, then breadcrumb.
  5. 5Prepare the Caesar dressing by combining 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Dijon, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire, the juice of half a lemon, 2 grated garlic cloves, and 1/4 cup of parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6Heat a pan on medium-high heat for shallow frying the chicken.
  7. 7Fry the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until done.
  8. 8Place the cooked chicken on a wire rack to prevent sogginess.
  9. 9Prepare the garlic bread by melting 5 tablespoons of butter with 5 cloves of garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10Butter the buns generously with the garlic butter and add parmesan.
