Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a chunky chilli-cheese filling.
  2. 2Slice the croissants into halves.
  3. 3Spread the mixture generously over each sliced croissant.
  4. 4Heat a pan on medium flame. Place the croissants on the pan, sprinkle a few drops of water around them, and immediately cover with a lid.
  5. 5Reduce the flame to low and cook for 4–5 minutes until the cheese and butter melt into an ooey-gooey, toasty situation.

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 6 cheese cubes
  • 4 large green chillies
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • 1.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
