Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 160ºc fan and line a 9" square tin.
- 2Mix butter and sugars.
- 3Add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
- 4Add flour, cornflour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. Combine.
- 5Add chocolate chips and mini eggs. Mix until combined.
- 6Pour mixture into prepared tin and press down.
- 7Press a few extra mini eggs on top.
- 8Bake for 20-22 minutes and cool.
- 9Cut into bars and serve.

- 115 g unsalted butter/baking spread
- 55 g granulated sugar
- 135 g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 275 g plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 300 g mini eggs
- 100 g milk chocolate chips
