Directions

  1. 1Melt butter in 20 second bursts in the microwave.
  2. 2Add both sugars and mix until combined.
  3. 3Add one egg yolk and vanilla and mix these in.
  4. 4Fold in the heat-treated flour.
  5. 5Add chocolate chips and fold through.
  6. 6Top with more chocolate chips.
  7. 7Microwave on medium (500W) for 40-50 seconds.
  8. 8Let it sit for about a minute.
  9. 9Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 heaped tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
