First, fry the paneer until golden brown. Keep the flame on high to ensure the paneer remains soft.

To prepare the gravy, fry some standing spices along with onion and cashew nuts until transparent.

Combine coriander, spinach, and mint leaves to make a thick paste.

In ghee or butter, add cumin seeds for tempering and roast well.

When the mixture starts to thicken, add basic household spices and roast thoroughly.

Once the spices are well roasted, add fresh beaten curd. Continue to stir until the curd is fully incorporated into the gravy.

When the oil separates from the spices, add water, paneer, and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.

Tips
Keep the flame high while frying paneer to keep it soft.
