Directions

  1. 1Pour water into a bowl.
  2. 2Add butter and sugar.
  3. 3Bring to a boil.
  4. 4Add sifted AP flour and mix.
  5. 5Let it cool for 5 mins.
  6. 6Add eggs and mix.
  7. 7Transfer batter to a piping bag.
  8. 8Fry on medium heat until golden.
  9. 9Coat with cinnamon sugar.

  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 cup sifted AP flour
  • 3 eggs
  • cinnamon sugar
