Directions
- 1Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2Chop the jarred roasted peppers and basil.
- 3In a frying pan, add olive oil and cook the sausages until slightly charred.
- 4Add the chopped onion, garlic, and peppers to the pan with sausages.
- 5Add the butter beans to the pan and stir to mix.
- 6Season with salt, pepper, and the chopped basil.
- 7Toast the pine nuts until lightly browned.
- 8Add capers and lemon juice to taste.
- 9Garnish with extra chopped basil and serve.
