1Dice red, yellow, and white onions, and chop baby spinach.
2Season salmon fillets with olive oil, smoked paprika, Greek seasoning, Buttery Steakhouse seasoning, crushed red pepper, and Prime Steak seasoning, then rub it all in.
3Season shrimp similarly.
4Cook the salmon in a pan until crispy, about 5 minutes.
5Sauté the shrimp.
6Break down the cooked salmon and add the chopped shrimp and jumbo lump crab meat, then mix in softened cream cheese.
7Sauté the bell peppers and onions.
8Add baby spinach to the sautéed vegetables.
9Pour in heavy cream, add seasonings, and simmer until sauce thickens.
10Stir in shredded Parmesan, Colby Jack, and mozzarella cheeses until well combined.
11Layer the bottom of a pan with sauce, then lasagna noodles, then the seafood mix, then plenty of cheese.
12Repeat the layering process for a few more layers.
13Finish with a layer of seafood mix, sauce, and cheese.
14Cover the pan with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
15Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then broil for a couple of minutes until the top is nice and crispy.
