Directions
1
Thinly slice your preferred cut of steak and cut them into strips.
2
Season your steak with salt, pepper, chicken or beef bouillon, garlic and onion powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger paste, grated garlic, and baking soda.
3
Mix all the ingredients well to coat the steak.
4
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
5
While the steak is marinating, chop an onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onion.
6
To a medium heat skillet, add avocado oil and your marinated steak.
7
Cook the steak until you get a nice crust on each side.
8
Remove the cooked steak from the skillet.
9
Add in your chopped onions, bell peppers, and the bottom parts of your green onion to the same skillet.
10
Add in a mixture of beef broth and soy sauce.
11
Add cornstarch as a thickener, more black pepper, and the top parts of your green onions.
12
Return the cooked steak to the skillet.
13
Let the sauce reduce until it thickens to your desired consistency.
14
Serve the pepper steak over white rice.
15
Drizzle more sauce over the steak and rice.
