One Pot Lasagna Soup

Directions

  1. 1Add beef and sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat. Break it up a little bit.
  2. 2Add in your onion and garlic.
  3. 3Continue browning your meat until it's completely cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. 4Add in a can of crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
  5. 5Give it a mix, and once your sauce starts to bubble, add in your beef broth and bring it to a boil.
  6. 6Add in your lasagna, make sure it's completely covered with liquid.
  7. 7Cover with a lid and let your soup continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes until your pasta is cooked through.
  8. 8Once your pasta is done, stir in your chopped spinach and let that cook uncovered for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. 9Turn off the heat and add your milk, mozzarella, and grated parmesan.
  10. 10Mix it up, give it a taste, and add salt and pepper to preference.
  11. 11Pour into meal containers.
