Chop chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate the chicken with cooking wine, salt, and pepper.

Chop green chili peppers and red chili peppers.

Mix the chicken with chili peppers, sliced garlic, fish sauce, potato starch, and water.

Thinly slice green onions.

Soak the sliced green onions in ice water.

1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sugar
