Directions

  1. 1Slice the red onion thinly.
  2. 2Separate the slices and stuff them into a clean glass jar.
  3. 3Add black peppercorns and garlic cloves.
  4. 4In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt, and sugar.
  5. 5Pour the liquid mixture straight into the jar and be careful.
  6. 6Screw on the lid and pop it in the fridge.

  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
