Directions
- 1Season two chuck roasts with Montreal steak seasoning and sear them.
- 2Thinly slice four onions.
- 3Pour 32 oz of beef stock into the crock pot.

- 5Add some Worcestershire sauce.
- 6Sprinkle about two teaspoons of thyme on top.
- 7Sprinkle about two teaspoons of rosemary on top, ensuring it's spread evenly.
- 8Drizzle soy sauce on top.
- 9Add four chopped large cloves of garlic.
- 10Tuck a couple of bay leaves into the crock pot.
- 11Stir the ingredients halfway through the cooking time.
- 12Place the lid on the crock pot.
- 13Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- 14Shred the cooked meat.
- 15Spread hoagie buns with homemade herbed butter or regular butter.
- 16Place some provolone cheese on the hoagie bun.
- 17Put shredded meat on the toasted hoagie bun.
- 18Serve with the flavorful broth for dipping.
