椰香西米奶凍

Directions
- 1將西米倒入沸水中。
- 2攪拌一下西米，然後蓋上鍋蓋煮15分鐘，再燜15分鐘。
- 3將煮好的西米倒入裝有冰水的碗中過冰水。
- 4將400克牛奶和20克細砂糖倒入鍋中，煮開。
- 5放入20克吉利丁片，攪拌至融化。
- 6將過好冰水的西米放入冰塊模具中。
- 7倒入混合好的牛奶液。
- 8放入冰箱冷藏4個小時。
- 9將凝固好的椰奶西米團從模具中取出，放入碗中。
- 10倒入牛奶，撒上桂花即可享用。
