Directions

  1. 1Cut the chicken breast against the grain into approximately 1/4 inch slices.
  2. 2Place the sliced chicken breast in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3Add a pinch of salt to the chicken.
  4. 4Mix until the chicken has fully absorbed the salt.
  5. 5Add a pinch of white pepper.
  6. 6Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine.
  7. 7Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
  8. 8Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  9. 9Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  10. 10Mix everything thoroughly.
  11. 11Marinate the chicken for at least 5 minutes.
  12. 12Trim off both ends of the green beans.
  13. 13Cut the green beans in half.
  14. 14Cut the onion into cubes.

  35. 35Toss everything together until well combined and the sauce has thickened.
