Pistachio Chocolate Cookies
Directions
- 1Cut the butter into small pieces using two wooden boards.
- 2Wrap the butter in parchment paper.
- 3Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 4Chop the pistachios into small pieces.
- 5In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar.
- 6Add the eggs to the bowl and mix.

- 8Add the chopped pistachios and chocolate and mix well.
- 9Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.
- 10Add extra chocolate pieces on top of the dough balls.
