Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking pan with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2Place the graham crackers on the bottom of the pan, making sure to fully cover the pan.
3Place butter, brown sugar, and pecans in a sauce pan. Warm over medium heat and bring to a soft boil. Constantly stir and cook for 2 minutes.
4Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Carefully spread the mixture over the graham crackers.
5Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit to cool.
6Break into pieces.
