Directions

  1. 1Blend strawberries, yogurt, shredded coconut and erythritol.
  2. 2Transfer the mixture to small molds and freeze for 3-5 hours or overnight.
  3. 3Melt dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil in a water bath or microwave.
  4. 4Remove the frozen bars from the molds and dip them in the warm chocolate.

  • 150g strawberries
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 50g yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • tablespoon coconut oil

  • Store the finished bars in the freezer and take them out just before serving.
