Directions
- 1Blend strawberries, yogurt, shredded coconut and erythritol.
- 2Transfer the mixture to small molds and freeze for 3-5 hours or overnight.
- 3Melt dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil in a water bath or microwave.
- 4Remove the frozen bars from the molds and dip them in the warm chocolate.
