Directions
- 1Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the egg yolks and vanilla.
- 2Add the flour.
- 3Divide the dough into three sections.
- 4Add food coloring to two of the sections.
- 5Layer the doughs with plastic wrap between each layer.
- 6Use a rolling pin to flatten the doughs.
- 7Roll the dough into a log.
- 8Roll log in sprinkles.
- 9Slice the log into individual cookies.
- 10Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
- 11Bake the cookies.

- 2.25 cup flour
- 1 cup butter at room temperature
- red food coloring
- green food coloring
- sprinkles
