Directions

  7. 7Add the raspberries and mix.
  8. 8Shape the cookies.
  9. 9Freeze the cookies.
  10. 10Bake the cookies.

  • 115 g soft butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 lemon lemon zest
  • 1 large egg
  • vanilla
  • lemon juice
  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda
  • 75 g frozen raspberries
