Directions

  1. 1Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Cut the mini sausages into pieces; optionally cut them with three little legs to look like an octopus shape when cooked.
  3. 3In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
  4. 4Stir fry the vegetables in a pan with some salt until slightly wilted.
  5. 5Add the sausages to the pan and stir fry on high heat until browned.
  6. 6Add the sauce mixture and cook on high heat until the sausages and vegetables are evenly glazed, being careful not to burn the sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack mini sausage
  • 1 whole red onion
  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper
  • 1 whole orange bell pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • salt (optional)
