Get your spinach, thinking that one box serves one person.

Boil water with salt.

Add your spinach and blanch for 20 seconds until the greens shrink and turn bright green.

Immediately transfer the spinach into an ice bath to prevent overcooking.

Strain the spinach.

Gently wring out the excess water with your hands.

Season with sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, green onions, a little bit of gochugaru, sesame seeds, and salt to taste.

Mix well and enjoy.

2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
chopped green onions
sesame seeds
gochugaru (korean red chili flakes)
1 pinch salt
Tips
This dish is traditionally made with regular spinach, but baby spinach can also be used.
One bag or box of spinach will serve one person.
