Directions

  1. 1For mayo, add all ingredients except oil to a large mason jar.
  2. 2Pour oil in and blend until thick and creamy.
  3. 3Add buttermilk and sour cream on top of mayo, then add in remaining ingredients.
  4. 4Mix, shake, or blend together.

  • 1 whole egg
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp dried dill
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
