Directions

  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 380F (195C).
  2. 2Remove membrane from ribs, cut into three portions, and pat dry.
  3. 3Season ribs with pepper, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and mustard.
  4. 4Wrap each portion in foil, place in air fryer basket, and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. 5Remove ribs, discard foil, brush with barbecue sauce.
  6. 6Return ribs to air fryer and cook for 10 more minutes.
  7. 7Let ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving, adding more sauce if desired
