Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta

Directions
- 1Put chicken breast into the slow cooker.
- 2Add reduced fat red pesto, garlic cloves, sun dried tomatoes, basil, and chicken stock.
- 3Cook on high for two and a half hours.
- 4Mix the ingredients, and then add pasta.
- 5Add chicken stock.
- 6Put the lid back on and cook for 45 minutes on high.
- 7Add single cream and mix around for a few minutes.
- 8Add a handful of spinach and mix one last time.

- 100 G reduced fat red pesto
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 300 G pasta
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 200 ml single cream
- handful spinach
- sprinkle parmesan
- optional add sun dried tomatoes

- If you want to reduce calories you can play around with the recipe and use less pasta or simply split it into 5.
