Directions
- 1Add a bag of frozen corn to a bowl.
- 2Add a can of creamed corn to the bowl.
- 3Add a can of cream of onion soup.
- 4Add 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
- 5Add the bottom part of some green onion.
- 6Add some salt and pepper.
- 7Mix all ingredients together.
- 8Add Monterey Jack cheese.
- 9Prepare the topping by crushing Ritz crackers into melted butter.
- 10Bake the casserole at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until hot, brown, and bubbly.
