Directions

  1. 1Season your salmon fillets with salt.
  2. 2Add black pepper to the salmon.
  3. 3Sprinkle paprika on the salmon.
  4. 4Drizzle some olive oil over the salmon.
  5. 5Rub the seasonings into the salmon fillets.
  6. 6Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes.
  7. 7Shred the imitation crab into small pieces.
  8. 8Cut the shredded imitation crab into smaller pieces using scissors.
  9. 9Add the cooked salmon to the shredded imitation crab.
  10. 10Remove the skin from the salmon if present.
  11. 11Break the salmon apart and mix it with the imitation crab using forks.
  12. 12Add cream cheese to the salmon and crab mixture.
  13. 13Add Japanese mayo to the mixture.
  14. 14Add Sriracha to the mixture.
  15. 15Mix all the ingredients well until combined.
  16. 16Add cooked white rice to a 9x13 baking dish.
  17. 17Season the rice with Mirin.
  18. 18Add rice vinegar to the rice.
  19. 19Sprinkle some salt on the rice.
  20. 20Combine the rice and seasonings well.
  21. 21Flatten the rice evenly into the baking dish.
  22. 22Shred seaweed over the flattened rice.
  23. 23Add the salmon and crab mixture on top of the seaweed and rice layer.
  24. 24Spread the salmon and crab mixture out evenly over the rice.
  25. 25Bake the sushi bake at 380°F for 10 minutes and then broil for 3-5 minutes.
  26. 26Top the baked sushi with Sriracha.
  27. 27Drizzle spicy mayo on top of the Sriracha.
  28. 28Garnish with chopped scallions.
  29. 29Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top.

  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 0.33 cup Japanese mayo
  • 2 TBSP Sriracha
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 3 sheets seaweed
  • spicy mayo
  • scallion
  • black sesame seeds

Tips
