1Melt the refrigerated margarine and let it cool slightly.
2In a mixing bowl, add the melted margarine, a can of condensed milk (reserving a small amount for later), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup of brown sugar.
3Mix until the sugar is almost dissolved.
4Sift in 500 grams of cake flour and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
5Add 1/2 cup of powdered milk.
6Mix all ingredients until well combined and no lumps of flour are visible.
7Line an 11x15x1 inch tray with parchment paper.
8Wrap your hand in plastic and apply a little oil to the plastic.
9Flatten the mixture evenly in the tray.
10Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
11Spread the reserved condensed milk over the flattened mixture.
12Top with grated cheese.
13Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes, using up and down heat settings for an electric oven.
14Cool the baked cheese sticks before slicing into 64 pieces.
