- 2Add sweet condensed milk to the bowl.
- 3Add instant coffee to the bowl.
- 4Add vanilla extract to the bowl.
- 5Add milk to the bowl.
- 6Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
- 7Add instant coffee to a separate glass baking dish.
- 8Add water to the instant coffee and mix.
- 9Dip biscuits into the coffee mixture.
- 10Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
- 11Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
- 12Add another layer of dipped biscuits.
- 13Add another layer of cream mixture.
- 14Add the final layer of dipped biscuits.
- 15Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
- 16Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
