Serves 6

Directions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, lukewarm milk, dry yeast, melted butter, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  2. 2Mix until a dough forms. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  3. 3In another bowl, cream together softened butter, cane sugar, honey, and cinnamon.
  4. 4If the mixture is too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of whipping cream.
  5. 5Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle.
  6. 6Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. 7Tightly roll the dough into a log, slice into individual rolls, and place them in a greased baking pan.
  8. 8Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise again in a warm place for about 30 minutes to an hour.
  9. 9Bake in a preheated oven according to the instructions on your baking sheet.
  10. 10In another bowl, prepare the frosting by whisking together the softened butter, Philadelphia, powdered sugar, and whipping cream.
  11. 11Once the rolls are out of the oven, pour 40-50 ml of whipping cream into the baking pan, followed by the frosting.
