1Place 8 slices of garlic bread on a sheet pan and bake in a 400°F oven for about 10 minutes.
2While the bread is cooking, mix an Au Jus gravy packet with three cups of water, bring to a simmer, remove from heat, and add a pound of roast beef.
3Once the garlic bread is crispy, use a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each slice.
4Add half a slice of provolone cheese to the center of each slice of garlic bread, top with three slices of roast beef, and add another half slice of cheese on top.
5Return the garlic bread to the oven until the cheese is melted.
6Garnish with dried parsley and serve with the au jus gravy
