2Toss the pork chops into the marinade.
3Refrigerate the pork chops in the marinade for 12 to 24 hours.
4Once ready, remove the pork chops from the marinade.
5Grill the pork chops, starting by searing both sides to lock in juices and flavor.
6Pull the seared pork chops off the grill.
7Place four tabs of butter in a metal pan.
8Place the pork chops on top of the butter in the pan.
9Return the pan with pork chops to the grill until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
