In a pan, add oil and deep fry the paneer until it turns golden, then remove it.

In the remaining oil, add sliced onions and fry until golden, then remove them.

In a saucepan, boil tomatoes for 5 minutes, then peel their skin.

Transfer the boiled tomatoes to a blender along with melon seeds, fried onion, Kashmiri chili, and water, then blend to make a puree.

Cut the fried paneer into cube shapes.

In the pan, add oil, chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies, then sauté for a minute.

Add the prepared masala puree, salt, and basic masala, then cook for 5 minutes.

Add hot water and bring it to a boil.

Add boiled peas, fried paneer cubes, fresh cream, Kasuri Methi, and Garam Masala, then mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, add coriander leaves and mix.

Serve hot with naan or paratha.
