Combine white bread flour and instant dried yeast, then mix.

Add lukewarm water, salt, sugar, and olive oil to the mixture.

Mix for about 12 to 15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Lightly oil a bowl, form the dough into a ball, and place it in the bowl.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, split the dough into two portions.

Shape each portion into a round.

Cover the shaped dough and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the shaped dough on the parchment paper.

Cover the dough again.

Spray water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough.

Score the top of the bread.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 220C and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove the tray from the bottom of the oven and continue baking for a further 20 minutes until the bread is nicely colored.

500 g white bread flour
2.5 tsp instant dried yeast
300 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2.5 tbsp olive oil
sesame seeds

Tips
To achieve more flavor, reduce yeast to 1 tsp, place dough in an airtight container, and leave in the fridge overnight.
Bake on a pizza steel or stone in an oven preheated to 250C.
Heat a tray in the bottom of the oven.
When placing bread in the oven, cover with a cold tray on top and pour a glass of water onto the hot tray at the bottom for steam.
Remove the tray from the bottom of the oven after 20 minutes of baking to allow excess steam to escape and for the bread to color.
