Directions

  1. 1Incorporate lo zucchero alle uova.
  2. 2Creare un composto spumoso.
  3. 3Setacciate la farina di riso, il cacao amaro e il lievito.
  4. 4Sciogliete il cioccolato fondente.
  5. 5Aggiungete il latte al composto di uova e zucchero.
  6. 6Aggiungete l'olio al composto.
  7. 7Aggiungete il composto di farina setacciata.
  8. 8Aggiungete il cioccolato fuso.
  9. 9Ungere lo stampo o mettere la carta forno.
  10. 10Mettere il composto nello stampo.
  11. 11Mettere in forno a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti.
  12. 12Tagliare la torta e servirla con panna montata e cioccolato fuso.

  • 150 ml latte
  • 120 g zucchero
  • 3 uova
  • 80 ml olio di semi
  • 10 g lievito per dolci
