1Flatten and pat dry 16oz of chicken breast with a paper towel.
2Season both sides of the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley.
3Add the seasoned chicken breast to the air fryer and spray with cooking spray.
4Air fry the chicken on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes.
5Pour rendered juices on top of the cooked chicken.
6Chop up 300g of romaine lettuce and add it to a bowl.
7Prepare the Caesar dressing by combining plain non-fat Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic cloves, Kosher salt, and water to desired consistency.
8Add 1/6th of the Caesar dressing to the chopped romaine and toss the salad.
9Dice up the cooked chicken and add it to a separate bowl.
10Combine the diced chicken with 1/6th of the Caesar dressing and mix well.
11Lay one Josephs Pita flat, then add 6g of part-skim mozzarella, 2g of parmesan cheese, 1/4th of the chicken Caesar dip, 2g of parmesan cheese, and another 6g of part-skim mozzarella to one side of the pita.
12Fold the chalupa tightly.
13Spray both sides of the folded chalupa with cooking spray and add it to the air fryer.
14Place ramekins on top of the chalupas in the air fryer to keep them shut.
15Air fry the chalupas on 400 degrees F for 3-4 minutes.
16Once cooked, open the chalupas and add the prepared Caesar salad.
17Fold the chalupas and enjoy with extra Caesar dressing for dipping.

Tips
Season both sides of the chicken breast.
