Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet

Directions

  1. 1Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Sear chicken 4 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. 5Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. 6Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens, about 3 5 minutes.
  7. 7Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  8. 8Simmer 5 7 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  9. 9Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
