Directions

  1. 1Beat cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
  2. 2Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. 3Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. 4Mix in vanilla and lemon zest (if using).
  5. 5Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth. Do not overmix.
  6. 6Refrigerate 30 mins before using.

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon zest
