Directions

  1. 1Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 2Drain and rinse the noodles to cool.
  3. 3Mix hoisin, soy sauce, sesame oil, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  4. 4Heat oil in a large skillet.
  5. 5Add the finely chopped garlic and white scallion parts to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  6. 6Quickly pour in the prepared sauce and add the noodles, tossing to coat.
  7. 7Let the noodles cook undisturbed until the bottom turns crispy, for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. 8Season to taste.
  9. 9Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds and the green scallion parts.

  • 6 scallions, white & green parts sliced
  • 4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt
