Green Chutney Pasta of Delhi

Directions

  1. 1Place the penne pasta in a steamer.
  2. 2Transfer the pasta from the steamer to a pot of boiling water.
  3. 3Use a skimmer to remove the cooked pasta from the boiling water and place it back into the steamer to drain.
  4. 4Heat a frying pan on the gas stove.
  5. 5Add butter to the hot pan and let it melt.
  6. 6Add sliced green chilies, red chilies, and onions to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  7. 7Add green sauce to the vegetables in the pan.
  8. 8Mix the green sauce thoroughly with the vegetables.
  9. 9Add red chili sauce to the mixture.
  10. 10Stir the red chili sauce into the sauce and vegetables.
  11. 11Add water to the sauce and continue to stir.
  12. 12Add green chutney to the sauce.
  13. 13Mix the green chutney into the sauce until the sauce turns vibrant green.
  14. 14Add a pinch of salt to the green sauce.
  15. 15Sprinkle Babu Ji's masala into the green sauce.
  16. 16Pour fresh cream into the green sauce.
  17. 17Add the cooked pasta to the green sauce.
  18. 18Stir the pasta gently to coat it evenly with the green sauce.
  19. 19Serve the Green Chutney Pasta on a plate, accompanied by a spoonful of red chili sauce and a spoonful of green chutney on the side.
