Add oil to the chicken breasts.

Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dry parsley, paprika, and Old Bay.

Rub the seasoning into the chicken breasts.

Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick skillet until hot.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet.

Cook the chicken for about 5 to 10 minutes, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning and to ensure it cooks through.

Flip the chicken once one side is golden brown and cooked.
