Giblet gravy
Directions
- 1Take out two big spoons of the dressing before it's cooked.
- 2Add a half can of cream of chicken.
- 3Add a half can of chicken broth.
- 4Add broth from the hen and from the gizzards.
- 5Add the sautéed onions, green peppers, and celery.
- 6Add two slivered boiled eggs.
- 7Add the remainder of the chicken gizzards.
- 8Stir well and bring to a low boil.
- 9When it comes to a low boil, turn it down to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
