Pulled Ham with Peach Glaze

Directions

  1. 1Remove the plastic piece on the bottom of the ham.
  2. 2Toss ham on the smoker at 225 degrees for 10 hours.
  3. 3Remove the ham when it reaches 170 degrees internal.
  4. 4In a pot over medium heat, add butter, peach preserves and barbecue rub.
  5. 5Transfer the ham to a pan and add water into the bottom of the pan.
  6. 6Pour glaze over the top of the ham and wrap in foil.
  7. 7Put it back on the smoker and kick up the temperature to 275 degrees for 6 hours.
  8. 8Remove the ham from the smoker when it reaches over 200 degrees.
  9. 9Let it rest and shred.

  • bone-in ham
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 jar peach preserves
  • some barbecue rub
  • 1 cup water
