- 1In a bowl, combine the Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix with turkey broth and whisk until smooth.
- 2Add the gravy mixture to hot turkey broth in a pot.
- 3Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
- 4Add chopped shallots to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- 5Add Arborio rice to the pan and stir to coat.
- 6Add the gravy-broth mixture to the rice, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until absorbed.
- 7Continue adding the liquid gradually and stirring until the rice is creamy and cooked through.
- 8Serve the risotto in a bowl.
- 9Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
- 10Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
