1Open and rinse the tofu block under running water. Pat it dry with a cotton cloth or paper towels.
2Cut the tofu block into eight equal pieces.
3Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat and add three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
4Fry the tofu pieces for about five minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
5Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning sauce: in a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, sesame oil, and a half teaspoon of sugar.
6Once the tofu is cooked, transfer it to a plate and pour the seasoning sauce over it.
7Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
