Generously season the chicken breasts with Dan-O's seasoning.

Preheat a pan to medium temperature.

Add your choice of oil to the pan.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan.

Add any seasoning left on the board to the pan.

Sear the chicken for 3 minutes.

Flip the chicken.

Add a little seasoning to the oil.

Cook uncovered for 8 minutes.

Place a lid on the pan and turn off the burner.

Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan.

Slice the chicken.

Add the chicken back to the flavor packed juice in the pan.

Dan-O's seasoning
peanut oil
olive oil
grapeseed oil

Tips
Eighteen herbs and spices are contained in the Dan-O's seasoning.
Sear the chicken for three minutes on each side and then flip it.
Add the residual seasoning in the pan.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes using residual heat after the initial searing.
