Directions

  1. 1Cook and drain the ground beef, then add seasoning salt.
  2. 2Peel and slice the potatoes into even quarter-inch slices.
  3. 3Shred the cheddar cheese.
  4. 4Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and seasoning salt in a bowl.
  5. 5Grease a baking dish and layer the ingredients in this order: potatoes, beef, sauce, and cheese; repeat the layers.
  6. 6Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
